Refund Policy

At Invasive Frames, all products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering mistakes.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • Store credit

depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within a short period after purchase. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
